Most coaching platforms charge more as you add clients, then take a cut of what your clients pay you. CoachFlat charges one flat fee — and never touches your revenue.

Your client opens one screen and sees exactly what they're doing today — no hunting through a program tree. Sets log inline with one tap, last session's numbers already filled in.

Create a program, add days, pull exercises from the library or your own. Duplicate anything — an exercise, a day, a whole program — and copy days between programs instead of rebuilding them.

Personal records and an estimated 1RM trend, computed from what they actually logged. It's the reason they keep opening the app between sessions with you.

One plan. $24.99 per month, unlimited clients, every feature. Free for your first 3 clients, with nothing held back — the free tier isn't a crippled demo.
Your clients pay you through your own Stripe account. CoachFlat takes nothing from those payments — no percentage, no per-transaction fee. Stripe's own processing fees still apply, and that money is between you and Stripe.
Those platforms price per client, so your software bill climbs as your business grows. Several also take a percentage of the payments your clients make to you. CoachFlat is one flat fee at any roster size, and takes 0% of client payments.
Client payments go directly to your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. CoachFlat never holds your money and adds no platform fee on top. Stripe charges its standard processing rate, which you pay Stripe directly — we're not in the middle of it.
No. Three clients, free, indefinitely, with every feature. There's no countdown. If you grow past three clients, that's when the $24.99 starts.
No. The client app is free. They only pay you, on whatever terms you set.
Yes, for logging. Sets are saved on the device and sync when the connection returns — a gym basement won't lose someone's session.
Not currently. CoachFlat is built natively for iPhone so it can use things like the Dynamic Island rest timer, lock-screen widgets and Siri — which a cross-platform shell can't do well.
CoachFlat is in active development, targeting the App Store in late 2026. There's no signup form here yet — this page will be updated when TestFlight opens.
